So, if the water suddenly becomes high tide, accident happen; it should be the children fault, the authority’s fault or their parents’ fault?

  1. I went during night time so I never notice this… looking at the picture, I find that it is so dangerous. Really cannot imagine the consequences if a kids wonder off themself and fall inside the water. 😦

  2. Gosh…how can the parent leave the child playing so near the water’s edge? Even if the child can swim, I will be concern about the water current. I think some parents really tend to take things for granted.
