When I ran out of ideas what to cook for dinner, usually I will seek help from hubby. This very simple dish my hubby missed cooked by his late mother.
Peas (If you don’t like to use canned food, you can either get those frozen peas or fresh peas from market.)
Minced Meat (Marinated with soya sauce and some pepper)
- Sauté Garlic
- Add peas & Carrot. Stir fry for 2 mins
- Add minced meat.
- Remove from wok once the meat is cooked.
Try it. This is only less than a 10 mins job!
