Play Date with Crystal & Zhi En

It all about Bloging…

All thanks to Zhi En’s mum, I got to know Crystal’s mum (Classmate of Yvette in CC). She recognised me and  told me Zhi En’s mum recommended my site to her. (Thanks) Now I got another mummy gang friend to yak yak.

Anyway, we were invited to their place today for play date. Yeah I love play date and Yvette loves them too. I couldn’t take nice picture of them (playing) together. Oh yes, there is a toy I brought along and Zhi En loves playing with Yvette very much. I shall disclose them later.

Play Date with Velda & Zac on Mast Ship

Sam sms-ed me on Thursday telling me I should bring Yvette to see the pirate ships of 73 years old. (Here’s Sam entry about their outing and Baby was excited to see the ship.) Knowing this is a rare opportunity not to miss, and D is not working today, we decided to bring Yvette there despite poor weather condition. (The heavy rain in the morning didn’t improve the weather condition.)

I was talking to Stella at the same time when I received Sam’s sms yesterday so I asked her weather she wants to come along. She accept the date on the spot. (Here’s Stella’s entry about their date. Although we were to meet at 4 pm in the afternoon, on hoping Yvette will nap and FIL just discharged. But sadly, this didn’t happen. D was around and Yvette refused to nap. She only took a power nap of 20 mins on the cab.

She was in foul mood when we were there. No smile from her. Velda was excited and as for Zac, he was just up from his nap, he was having the same mood as Yvette.

Although Yvette was nap of rest but she was not as cranky as I would have expected. And so, we didn’t stay there for long.

Most active picture for the day. Most of the time, she just wanted to be in our arm. She barely moved around.

Oh yes, she attempted to climb the steep stairways. D was really caution in assisting her.

Before we left, we saw the sailors trying to carry many toilet papers they brought onto the ship and D joked that they will regret getting so many if they are sailing to Malaysia and even to Thailand.

*facepalm*

Impromptu Play Date with May

May’s mum called up in the morning informed me she had got those clothing I needed from her ready. Instead of having her sending them to me, I decided to bring Yvette down to their place for play date.

May was excited to see Yvette but Yvette was nonchalant. At certain point, they fought too. And this round, Yvette was really afraid of the two big dogs they have at home.

Oh yes, they need to be away. SO May’s mummy is letting go May’s lesson slot in JGC. I have taken over her Mandarin Lesson on Monday. And she had another 10 lessons on Tues and Thurs, 11.30 am to 1.30 pm @ S$40 per lesson. Anyone interested, kindly email me at sunflower700@gmail.com.

Two Play Dates In The North

This was arranged like a week ago.

She didn't want to sit with me. She prefer sitting with two other tots at our opposite.

Here we were taking ride to the North to meet JJ Family!

She never like soft toy but suddenly when she turned 26 mths (last month), she started to fall in love with her Elephant and Dinosaur.

She insisted I have to bring her Elephant.

As blogged by JJ Mummy, they did not have more time to play together. Javier was unusual cranky and JJ Mummy found out he was down with fever. I decided to call it off after Jayden came back home so that this little boy could rest.

After we left, the sky turned dark. I decided to visit the park which is just a stone away their house.

She was over-joy. She ran towards the playground.

She loves hippo. She was definitely excited to meet them.

I like this slide. Yvette could climb her way But she didn’t slid down. She complained it’s hot.

Yeah it’s blistering hot. The dark cloud floated away and what we had was a clear blue sky.

There is another slide that is just one or two meters away. She likes this one more. She slid down because this slide is cooler. (due to the direction of the sun.)

She had so much fun with the slides and the sand. But it’s really scotching hot and I have to beg her to leave. After spending good 20 mins there, we took a cab to visit Lucas’ mummy.

Upon reaching their house, I asked her for permission to bathe Yvette as Yvette was so smelly after the outdoor play. (And due to her skin condition.) But after the bath, perhaps she was now clean and getting more comfortable, she started to throw tantrum. And soon she dozed off.

Haha.. bad date for Lucas, I guess. Lucas was typically shy and think was more or less affected by Yvette’s tantrum. Since Yvette was already sleeping, I have a good time catching up with Lucas’ mummy as we have not met and chatted for long. I even have some time to show Lucas video I recorded in JGC.
