Course Content for Lesson 9: 粉红色 (Pink Colour)
-> Give Name Tag to the child for identity
-> Free Play Time
-> Good Morning Song introducing everyone and including some exercise with learning of body part and Self Introduction with Teacher
-> Magic Box & Craft Time
-> Story Telling via Drama
-> Outdoor Play @ Indoor Playground
-> Brunch Time: Sausages, Corn Flask and Papaya
-> Free Play with books (Reading) and revising the word learnt.
-> Music and Movement saying goodbye

I have difficulty waking Yvette up this morning. So I didn’t manage to cook the lunch and we went off without giving Yvette breakfast too. I actually let her eat the bun and drink her milk on the bus. (I can’t let her having empty stomach for class.)
She’s always very responsive toward Teacher Lee and whenever she was called by her to move forward, she will jump up from me and moved toward her.
I like today craft. They are so nice to look at. Pink, of all favourite colour of girls! They did a bag and an umbrella.
When reading the word card, I was away to toilet and Teacher Lee told me she did it very well.
While waiting for others to finish their work, the tots play with baby doll and they simply love it.
The storyline for today Drama is all about PINK! Overdose of pink for the boys then. It’s about the Monkey celebrating her birthday and all her friends gave her present in pink!
They have water play during the outdoor play and Yvette soaked herself totally. I brought along 4 pieces of clothing but I didn’t bring along any top. I have to left the playground after telling Yvette I will be away and informed the teacher.
At Forum, it is not hard to find nice clothing but it will be expensive to get one. I got one eventually, and I do find it worthwhile to pay for this dress that I brought in hurry.
While searching for one, I was really worried Yvette will cry for me. And surprisingly, she never. She was totally fine with Teacher Lee. And Teacher Lee told me she responded very well when Teacher Lee she was told that I was away to buy clothing for her. Her reply to Teacher Lee was “ou”.
Wow.
Is this a sign that she understand I will always come back?
She had a few pieces of sausages as usual. One thing I like about Yvette, she usually will finish all her food when she is in class.
The class ended with more fun when all the tots chasing for bubbles. (It took awhile for Yvette to warm up for bubbles too.)

My first half of the day didn’t end well as the taxi driver took a wrong turn toward my house.
Arrrgh!!!
I never face this before. Ever!
I requested to alight and headed to NTUC to shop for some groceries before head home!
