We missed our usual bus ride this morning and we missed the Free Play and Saying Hello. I like taking bus to JGC now. Yvette can be very funny during the ride and brought laugher to people around us. And she is good at entertaining herself in the public too! We belong to those families that hardly turn the TV on, and Gurmit Singh never fail to capture her attention. (No wonder he was voted as 10 Most Trusted People by a recent survey.)
Yvette always point to this poster and laugh.
The class getting smaller and some of the children was away for holiday. There was one boy who came in first three lessons had never turned up for class since then.
As it was Gold week, Claire had decorated the class with some décor. I guess this will make the child understand the lesson more. (Very eye catching!!!)
Two crafts were done today. I like the lacing pasta necklace. Yvette did contribute her effort in getting this necklace done too. I hold the thread for her and she tried to insert them in. Great Effort at her ends although she only managed to lace in two of them. But she was the one rolling the necklace on the Gold paint and sprinkled the Gold glitter.
The next craft was done all by herself. I just need to pass her the materials.
Story-telling was next and then followed by Drama Time. As I mentioned, Claire acts well, her role as a pirate was so convincing.
They have snack right after Drama Time and Yvette now was able to peel off the wrapper of the Cheese Cube.
Yvette didn’t enjoy herself during the Music and Movement. She was throw tantrum as I have stopped her to peep at the door. Crying non-stop till Claire asked me why…
Sigh…
Outdoor play was what Yvette been waiting for.

Is she teething again? Recently, she keeps putting her finger into her mouth. She had weaned off this habit long ago.
Hmmmm the last 4 molars are coming???
