Term 1 @ Marsden Swim School – Lesson 3

Hubby was having his 9/80 off day but I requested him not to follow us to the swimming school. As Yvette kept crying for daddy during the last lesson, I want to avoid this.

I have decided to let Yvette to stay put at the Holland branch particularly due to I did not want to change the learning environment and the teaching instructor. These two factors are so important. Remember there is a 9th mth old baby who joined the term together with Yvette, she is still crying as much. Her mum was really concern and shared with me, she was really happy when she is at the pool back at home.

Yvette did very well today. She was supposed to “dive” in her head into the water to “swim” but she passed “the test” set by the instructor and she went “underwater” today. I was expecting she will cry when we submerged her head into the water, but she was smiling instead. She also crawled into the “tunnel” formed by the form mat on the water toward me.

And lastly, she really did not cry today.

Reason?

That was obvious.
