Term 3: Seventh Lesson with JGC

Today, Yvette woke up while I was preparing her lunch in the kitchen. Everything went on smoothly this morning. We left home at 10.30 am and reach school at 11 am.

The play time was over-run today again. It ended at 11.30am. Today they introduced “truck” to the babies. We did some “glue work”. And our snack was honeydew. Yvette seemed to like it a lot and she had second serving.

Anyway, it’s time to consider whether to continue another term with JGC. I think their PlayClub for 18 months to 3.5 years old is really popular. I saw a number of toddlers in the classroom whenever we walked past the studio. A important factor to promote Yvette to their PlayClub is, will Yvette able to walk by then?

I have no idea, and most likely I will request to withdraw after this term as I do not want Yvette to explore the same activities again.

After class, I went in to Toy R Us to get a new “Wing” for myself.

Yes a new buggy stroller. I have wanted to get this for myself (not Yvette) mainly due to sometimes after class, I didn’t go straight home. And Yvette will normally fall asleep after her lunch while I am still out. I normally place her in the carrier. But I realized my movement did affect her and woke her up.

This is a very light stroller. It about 6 pounds and can carry baby/toddler up to 18 kg. It is currently selling at S$29.95 at discount at Toy R Us.

After that, we headed to a new icon in Singapore, ION Orchard, meeting my hubby for lunch that was having seminar at Grand Hyatt. Plenty of news about ION this morning but I still don’t have the time to read them.

It’s really pleasant to see a new mall in Orchard after so many years. This mall is kind of sophisticate to me on the surface for now. A “Touch Screen Service” facilitates easy access of information inside the mall. No time for shopping as Hubby need to back to office by 2 pm. We went down to the ION Food Mall at basement 4 but they are not ready for service. We ended up at Starbuck at Wisma for our lunch.

P/S: My niece came this afternoon too after her exam. We headed Ikea to get some storage boxes after our dinner. And I have no idea why Yvette kept uttering WoW when my niece was here today. I think she said it more than 50 times. :S
